New Residence

This is to be one of a series of dramatic new residences built on a rock-strewn cliff at Capri Point, which is the exclusive residential area in Mwanza, northern Tanzania.

As with much of Mwanza, on the banks of Lake Victoria, the local topography is characterised by very dramatic rock formations. Capri point is considered the most exclusive residential area in Mwanza and has fantastic views out over Lake Victoria, as well as other peninsulas and inlets which dot the Mwanza coastline.

Our client wanted to see a unique modern design, which sits dramatically on a steep incline of the site. This uncompromising design is intended to be the first of a series of residential developments on 3 sites located around the Capri point Peninsula – all of which will be designed along the same lines.
