Masterplanning Select

This section of our website provides a selection of some of our ongoing and completed master planning design exercises. Over a number of years now, IPA have been tasked with providing design solutions, to multiple clients, for many large-scale developments which require in-house master planning skills – which we do possess, including experienced planners within our staff.

These master planning designs include several university and other large-scale educational projects, as well as large mixed-use commercial developments for projects throughout Tanzania.
