Proposed New Luxury Apartment and Hotel Development

A prominent local hotel group has appointed IPA to design a new luxury facility for one of their sites in Oyster Bay, Dar es Salaam.

The new project will consist of high-end luxury apartments in one wing, and another wing to be a fully serviced suite hotel facility.

The entire complex will be designed around a landscaped central courtyard. The hotel will be fully realised with restaurants, bars, a gym, and public areas, including a rooftop bar with views over Oyster Bay and the Indian Ocean.

The luxury apartments will be in different units of 3 and 4 bedrooms, all fully self-contained.
