Proposed New Hotel

This is a design for a proposed new hotel/apartment facility to be located in Mtwara, southern Tanzania. With the intention of servicing the upcoming oil & gas facilities in the region.

This is to be a total of 140 keys, being a mixture of 96 hotel bedrooms, 32 one-bedroom apartments, and 12 two-bedroom apartments.

The project also includes significant conference facilities as well as guest bars & restaurants
