Tanzanite City

This is a design for a new very large 100,000 m² GFA mixed-use development in Mikocheni. Included in the project are three unique individual office block designs, a 4-star international hotel, a large shopping mall on 2 levels, and multiple apartment blocks – all overlooking the Indian Ocean.

Given that this development is on a busy road, the overall design is inward looking and faces onto a large central courtyard onto which opens restaurants and shops and other public areas.
