New Conference Hall

This is a new conference centre located in Dar es Salaam. Facilities include pre-function spaces, a main plenary space to house 1000 delegates, kitchen facilities to cater for 500 diners, as well as breakout spaces and VIP holding areas.

The entire complex is designed around a large baobab tree which gives visiting delegates a close connection to Tanzanian natural heritage.

This was also the first building in Tanzania to use advanced ‘green roof’ technology and the entire roof of this building comprises a 6000 m² green roof.

This is therefore designed to be a building which combines natural elements with a vivid modern design.
